1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the services provided by California Trophy (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

“Customer” refers to any individual or entity that purchases products or services from the Company.
“Products” refer to any goods or merchandise sold by the Company.
“Services” refer to any services provided by the Company.

3. Refund Policy

a. Refunds: The Company offers a refund policy for eligible products and services. To request a refund, customers must adhere to the following conditions:

i. Eligibility: Refund requests will only be considered if they are made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

ii. Return of Products: To initiate a refund, customers must return the product(s) in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation, to the Company’s designated address. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

iii. Inspection: All returned products will undergo inspection by the Company to determine eligibility for a refund. Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be eligible for a refund.

iv. Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days after the Company receives the returned product(s).

b. Exclusions: The following items are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company:

i. Digital products and downloadable content.
ii. Customized or personalized products.
iii. Services performed.
iv. Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

4. Payment of Fees

It is understood that if asked by California Trophy, you agree to pay at minimum, fifty (50) percent of your estimated bill in the form of a non-refundable deposit prior to California Trophy beginning work. The remaining balance of your bill must be paid within 30 days after the completion of our services for you or at the specified due date, whichever occurs first.

Upon payment, you agree to allow California Trophy to send a short customer feedback survey to the email provided at payment. Additionally, California Trophy may send promotional emails at any time. Participation in any surveys or promotional campaigns is voluntary and you may opt out at any time, either via the opt-out link in the campaign, or by contacting California Trophy.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Company’s services are the property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

8. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.
