Where are you located?

We are a web-based business operating out of our home shop. Until we are ready to expand to a retail location, we will utilize our home shop to build wonderful trophies. This has a couple benefits to you: 1) we can offer quality products at reasonable prices with low-overhead costs, and 2) we can work on your order outside traditional retail store hours. Our home address is not online for privacy reasons, but customers picking up there order will be provided the address.

Can you engrave on a product I already have such as a watch or other metal product?

At this time, we do not engrave on products we do not sell ourselves.

What is the best way to place an order?

We offer online or over-the-phone ordering. For online orders, be sure to provide the text you wish to have engraved. All products purchased online are reviewed for completeness before billing is authorized. Additional charges may be required on incomplete orders. You may also order over-the-phone or use our contact page to inquire about any of our products.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Our typical turn around time is 2 weeks depending on the size of the order. Upon payment, your order will be shipped / delivered. We aim to provide excellent customer service and will provide a proof of any engraving before completing.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all payment card types, cash, and checks. There is a returned check fee of $25. Orders will not be delivered or shipped until payment is complete.

How can I submit my engraving information?

Engraving information can be submitted during checkout or emailed. Please note your order number.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at 559-492-8681 and have your order number available. If needed, leave us a message and we will return your call.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We refuse the right to return any item. All return orders are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If an item is broken on receipt, please contact us for a replacement.

How do I cancel my reward box subscription?

To cancel your reward box subscription service, please use the contact form and provide the name and email address of the person who ordered the reward box.
